Mr Jeetesh Bhardwa is a Consultant Urological Surgeon currently working at the private practices BMI The Princess Margaret Hospital, Spire Thames Valley Hospital and BMI Bishops Wood Hospital. His current NHS post is at Heatherwood & Wexham Park Hospital, Frimley Health Trust. His areas of specialism are general urology, urinary tract stones and urological oncology. His speciality is in stone surgery; which includes complex stone surgery, prostate cancer diagnostics, as well as the use of MRI fusion technology. His special interests are in urinary tract infections, prostatitis and pelvic pain, as well as enlarged prostates.
Mr Bhardwa graduated in 1994 from Dundee University, Scotland. Since then, he has undergone extensive surgical training, becoming a full time consultant in 2013, giving him almost 22 years of experience in the field of urology. His Doctorate in Medicine is from the University of London.
In addition to his busy surgical work, he is also the Associate sub-Dean for the Medical School at Southampton. Further to his role as an educator, Mr Bhardwa offers courses to GP’s regarding his areas of expertise and he is interested and involved in research.
