Mr Adam Pandit

Mr Adam Pandit specialises in upper limb pathology including:

• Open and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and elbow for impingement and rotator cuff tears
• arthritis of the shoulder joint and acromioclavicular joint
• frozen shoulder and recurrent instability of the shoulder joint
• tennis and golfers’ elbow
• nerve compression
• arthritis of the elbow joint

He uses evidence based methods to deliver accurate and timely diagnoses and uses open and arthroscopic techniques to treat shoulder and elbow problems.

Mr Pandit graduated from St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School in 1998 and then went on to specialise at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. During this period, he was able to spend more than 18 months in the shoulder and elbow unit treating complex upper limb conditions.

In 2009, Mr Pandit completed his exit fellowship tests and went on to undertake an international fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery in Western Australia. He is extensively trained in open and arthroscopic shoulder and elbow surgery and maintains a busy NHS practice at Frimley Health NHS Trust.
